1 Acceptance of Terms

• The account holder has requested closure through the standard self-exclusion process.

In the event of suspension due to suspected breach, casin will freeze the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of balance may apply in accordance with applicable terms. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the player.

10 Privacy and Data
